Academic Background: Dr. Sumit Saxena is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India. He obtained his doctoral degree at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, New York, USA. Subsequently he worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the Department of Materials Science, University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign, Illinois, USA and at the Department of Physics Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
