Biography
I am an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras. I have a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from IISc, Bangalore. My masters is from NIT, Calicut and B.E (EEE) from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University. My primary area of work and research before I joined IITM had been on grid-connected inverters. I worked on grid-connected inverters for about a decade since my masters, during which I was associated with the Power Electronics Groups at C-DAC(T), IISc and Bloom Energy. My research plan at IITM spans grid-connected inverters, distributed generation, SMPC, power electronics and electrical engineering in general.
Research Interest
