Metabolic network biology - fluxomics, metabolomics and transcriptomics (RNAseq) of cellular systems Central metabolism of Plant and microbial systems Biochemistry, Physiology and Metabolic engineering of microbes for sustainable generation of high value chemicals Modern tools and techniques for probing metabolism - NMR, GC-MS, metabolic modelling etc Natural product biotechnology – secondary metabolic pathways in plants Development of Microbial and plant hairy root systems as cell factories Plant microbial interaction at the level of metabolism
