Tulika Prakash Srivastava is working as Assitant Professor in Department of Basic Science in Indian Institute of Technology Mandi.
Research Interest
Metagenomic sequencing and analysis of highthroughput sequence data obtained from different environments, including human body sites, soil, sediment, etc. Complete genome sequencing and analysis of novel bacteria inhabiting different environments. Development of computational tools and algorithms for metagenomic and genomic data analysis. Development of novel algorithms for functional prediction of unknown/hypothetical proteins. Human genome analysis and comparative genomics.
