Biography
Dr. Rakesh Kumar Maurya is presently working as Assistant Professor in the School of Mechanical, Materials and Energy Engineering at IIT Ropar. Before joining IIT Ropar, he was working as Senior Research Associate (Pool Scientist- CSIR) at IIT Kanpur. He received his Bachelors, Masters and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, UP. His areas of current interest are HCCI Combustion and control, instrumentation, combustion and emission control of IC engines, alternative fuels.
