Biography
Baldev Raj completed his BE from Ravishankar University, Raipur in 1969 and the Post-graduate training at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai in 1970. He obtained his PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1989 and the DSc from Sathyabama University, Chennai in 2006.
