Biography
Bhaskar Dattatraya Kulkarni obtained his Chemical Engineering degree (1970) and Post-graduation degree (1972) from Laxminayayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur University. He then moved to National Chemical Laboratory, Pune (1973) for doctoral work as a Senior Research Fellow of CSIR, under the supervision of LK Doraiswamy and obtained his PhD (1977).
