Biography
Professor Jortner is an outstanding chemical physicist of international renown. He is one of the most leading scientists in Israel and has been widely recognised for his work in spectroscopy, molecular dynamics, molecular solid state physics etc. He is the recipient of the Wolf Prize and Heyrovsky Medal.
