Biography
Professor Nitin Kumar received his PhD in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park, USA. Prior to that he did MS from ISI-Calcutta, and B.Tech from IIT-Kanpur. His primary research interests are in the areas of mutual funds (market structure, alpha persistency, trading behavior of managers) and analysis of equity anomalies. He has presented his research in major academic conferences, such as, American Finance Association, Conference on Financial Economics and Accounting, Finance Down Under, FIRS.
