Biography
Ankita has graduated her Master Course at the age of 21 years from Department of Biotechnology, Punjabi University, Patiala. and pursuing her Ph.D. from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Campus, Central University, Longowal, India. She has been working as lecturer at Guru Nanak Dev Dental College and Research Institute, Sunam. She has been publishing papers in reputed journals and conferences (6 papers) and serving as an editorial board member of Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences.
