Mr. Narendra C. Rane

Biography

Mr. Rane joined Indofil in 1994 as a Sr. Product Executive – Insecticide, Agro Business Division, Head office, Mumbai. In the first two years of his Indofil career he was very much involved in product management of the Agrochemicals Business Division. In 1996 he was assigned the responsibility of establishing Indofil’s business in the international arena. Since then he has ably handled various functions in international business viz registration, territory management, Business co-ordination and successfully taken on the role of heading International Business, in the position of General Manager, Vice President and Sr. Vice President. In 2008 he has assumed additional responsibility as Projects Monitor and Strategy Head, affiliated to CEO Office and is instrumental in defining and implementing Vision, Mission and long term Strategy of Indofil. As a Project Monitor he has spear headed a number of projects in strategy implementation, leadership development, value dissemination workshops, reorganization of Indofil, establishment of growth office, to name a few. In his presence responsibility he is responsible for growth and operations of B2B international business, Specialty chemicals Business, Synthesis business and Special projects.
