Biography
Arun H. Patil obtained his M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics from Sikkim Manipal University. He also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Bioinformatics from the Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology, Bangalore. Subsequently, he worked as Research Associate at the same Institute and participated in the analysis of NextGen sequencing (NGS) data obtained from prostate cancer. Currently, he is involved in the analysis of NGS data from gall bladder and gastric cancers.
