Biography
Jayshree Advani obtained her M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics from Gujarat University in Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IOB, she was a research associate at Xcelris Genomics where she carried out analysis of whole genome, transcriptome and small RNA datasets generated from different NextGen Sequencing platforms. She is funded by a Senior Research Fellowship from CSIR, Government of India. She is currently analyzing NextGen sequencing and Proteomics data from Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
