Biography
Dr. Tejaswini Subbannayya obtained her Ph.D. degree from Institute of Bioinformatics, Bangalore and Amrita University, Kollam. Her thesis work involved the proteomic analysis of gallbladder cancer to identify targets for therapy. She has experience in animal cell culture, molecular biology techniques, signal transduction pathways, analysis of mass spectrometry data and proteogenomic data analysis. Currently, she is involved in studying aberrantly activated pathways in gallbladder cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
