Biography
His education includes: B.Sc. Ag., M. Sc. (Agri.) (Genetics and Plant Breeding, Ph.D. (Genetics) His research interest is inQuantitative Genetics Population Genetics, Conventional Tree Breeding (Selection of CPTs, Progeny trials etc.,), Establishing seed Orchards (Seedling Seed Orchard & Clonal seedOrchard), Establishing SPA (Seed Production Area). His ongoing projects are: Genetic improvement of Acacia auriculiformis through half-sib progeny selection, Development of advanced generation seed orchard of A.mangium based on biomass and wood density.
