Botany,Ph.D. in Forest Ecology His research interest is in Plant taxonomy and phytodiversity, Tree regeneration and ecorestoration, Plant diversity studies in natural forest and plantations His ongoing projects are: Development of site specific regeneration augmentation plan for potential degraded areas in Western Ghats and Impact of forest plantations on ground flora diversity and soil characteristics including the prescription of management practices
