Biography
His education includes: B.Sc. (Forestry) with First Rank, Kerala Agric. Univ., M.Sc. (Forestry) with First Rank, Kerala Agric. Univ., Ph.D (Forest Genetics) FRI D Univ., Dehra Dun. His research interest is in Tree improvement of native and exotic tree species Biodiversity conservation.His ongoing projects are: Selection and screening of germplasm of Thespesia populnea for improving productivity, Rapid improvement of Casuarina and Leucaena to enhance Pulpwood production from farm forestry plantations, Germplasm assemblage of genetic resources of Melia dubia in India.
