Biography
Her education includes: Ph.D. Her research interest is in Biochemistry: Biochemical constituents of plants, both primary and secondary, their synthesis, their contribution to key metabolic processes, their biosynthesis and regulation, changes during biotic and abiotic stresses Her ongoing projects are: Genetic diversity assessment for management of Eucalyptus seed orchards, Development of descriptors and DUS testing guidelines for indigenous forest tree species and establishment of Field Gene Bank and Germplasm assemblage of genetic resources of Melia dubia in India.
