Education Ph.D. in Astronomy from Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Thesis topis – “Lunar Occultation studies in the Near-Infrared†M.Sc. in Physics with specialization in Particle Physics from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Orissa Course Offered Undergraduate: Modern Physics,Introduction to Astronomy, Astrophysical Concepts Experience Post Doctoral Fellow at Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Visiting Scientist at Space Telescope Science Institute, Baltimore, USA. Post Doctoral Fellow at Observatoire Astronomique de Strasbourg, Strasbourg, France. Visiting Fellow at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai.
Research Interest
High Angular resolution astronomy, AGB stars and Mira variables, High mass star formation, Stellar population studies.
