Biography
Education Ph.D (Optics), Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. M.Sc. (Physics, specialization Electronics), Banaras Hindu University. Experience Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan, August 2011- October 2011, worked in area of coherence-polarization. JSPS postdoctoral fellow at the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan, August 2009- August 2011, worked in area of coherence-polarization. Visiting scientist to the Department of Computer Science, National University of Ireland, Maynooth, April 2009, worked in area of digital holography. Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oulu, Finland, January 2009- August 2009, worked in area of digital holography. Ph.D at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, July 2003- January 2009, worked in area of optical vortices and high numerical aperture focusing.
Research Interest
Singular optics (optical vortex), High numerical aperture focusing, Speckle, Coherence & Stokes Holography, Polarization imaging.
