Biography
A Microbiologist having 14 years of industrial experience in Biologics. Of the total 14 years, the initial 7 years were in Quality Control of prophylactics (Vaccines) and then shifted to Therapeutics (Biosimilars). I have a good experience in the set up of Quality Control laboratories as I handled the same in my three job profiles. I have a thorough understanding on Quality Control testing of Biologics, in addition to other areas including Analytical Method Transfers, Method validation, Stability Studies, Reference Standards, Change Control/ CAPA and Deviation Management, OOS/OOT management, Audits.
