Biography

Mohd Sajid Khan received his M.Sc. (2002) degree in Biotechnology from Pondicherry Central University, India, Ph.D. (2009) in Biotechnology from National Chemical Laboratory (NCLCSIR) affiliated to Pune University, India. He then joined Integral University (2009) as Assistant Professor and became Associate Professor (2012-Till Date). He is the life member of Society of Biological Chemists, IISc Bangalore, India and Society of Free Radical Research, India. He is also annual member of World Society Interdisciplinary Anti-Aging Medicine (WOSIAM), Paris, France. He has been awarded as a Young Scientist in the field of Medical Nanotechnology by Council of Science & Technology, U.P. (2011), Joint CSIR-UGC Research Fellowship Award, Govt. of India, India (2001 & 2003), studentship by Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India (2000-2002), got Best Business Plan presentation award in “Technology Entrepreneurship” conducted by CSIR, Govt. of India, and IIMB, India (2005). His current and past research is focused on Facile Nanomaterials Fabrication, Nano-Biotechnology, Nano-Cancer, NanoToxicity, Nano-Drug delivery, Cell biology, Protein Biochemistry and Protein-Nanomaterial interaction studies.
