Biography
Alex Thomas has worked in the field of clinical pharmacy, preclinical pharmacology and pharmacokinetics. His expertise is in performing regulatory toxicological studies in compliance with principles of GLP. He has worked for a period of nearly 2 years as Head Toxicologist, at CARe Keralam Ltd.(Supported and funded by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India and State government of Kerala), where he was involved in all aspects of toxicological studies. Currently, he works as Study Director @ International Institute of Biotechnology and Toxicology ( GLP certified ). In IIBAT, he is involved in conducting short and long term toxicological studies of pesticides, medical devices and pharmaceutical products. He has finished his schooling in Kerala and graduation in Tamilnadu, he also pursues his Ph.D. at VIT university, Vellore.
