Biography

Muralidhar Koteshwar has two decades of experience after a B-Tech from IITMadras, rated as one of the top engineering academies in the world in a career that spans a complete product life-cycle – Product Conceptualization and Development, Usability design, Quality (ISO & SEI CMM), Sales, Marketing,Product management, Competency Development, Corporate Communications and Program management in cross-cultural transoceanic teams. A part of the team that built India’s first Supercomputer the PARAM at CDAC,he subsequently held leadership positions in multinational organisations like Tektronix (color printing division that was taken over by Xerox), Tata Elxsi, Celstream and Trilogy. He is currently the founder and CEO of Usability Consulting India, Director at Parjanya Technologies – an online mentoring platform company and visiting faculty in Usability Engineering at IIIT-B. Over the last few years he has trained thousands of IT industry professionals in both technical and leadership domains He is equally passionate about education and as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Art of Living’s Educational Trust was responsible for establishing over 100 educational institutes, employing 1600 staff and catering to 20,000 students. ​He is the course director for its well known teacher training and parent training programs that have positively impacted over 200000 people worldwide He travels worldwide speaking at International Seminars and training thousands of teachers and professionals in schools, homes and organisations.
