Hi, I am CA Pankaj Agarwal, Finance Manager at Invictus Oncology. At Invictus, I got an opportunity to show my creativity and have my freedom. The working environment here provides a unique opportunity to set your individual targets and helps you excel to achieve them- which allows me to grow as an individual and professional. Working at Invictus is fun and full of new challenges. I start my day believing, "It should not fail because of me" and give my 100% every single day. Working in finance was not my only goal. I wanted to do a bit more and take on new challenges in work. Invictus has provided me with that.
