Biography
Krishna M. Patel obtained her M.Sc. degree in Bioinformatics from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. She worked as Research Assistant at Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology, Bangalore where she carried out genomic element analysis on differentially expressed set of co-regulated genes. Prior to joining IOB, she also worked at BRD School of Bioscience, Vallabh Vidyanagar where she carried out metagenomic data analysis to identify microbial diversity in variously perturbed water and soil samples. She is currentlyinvolved in genomic and proteomic dataanalysis.
