Biography
Tejaswini Subbannayya obtained her M.Sc. degree in Medical Biochemistry from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal. During her studies, she worked on a research project to characterize oxidative stress in thyroid cancer. She was teaching Medical Biochemistry at the KVG Medical College in Sullia, Karnataka prior to joining IOB. She is involved in the analysis of mass spectrometry data, protein-protein interactions and signal transduction pathways. She is currently working on phosphoproteomic profiling of gallbladder cancers.
