He was first appointed as a Director of the Company designated as Executive Director on August 21, 1994. He is a professional, Wholetime, Non-promoter Director of the Company. He has over 30 years of experience including 29 years in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of Finance, Accounts, Information Technology, Legal, R&D, General Administration, etc.
