Shri. Premchand Godha serves as Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director of IPCA Laboratories Limited. Mr. Premchand Godha aged 68 years is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate. He is also a first generation entrepreneur. He is a director of the Company since 31st October, 1975 and has been the Managing Director of the Company since March, 1983. He has 38 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry.
