Biography
Mr. Babulal Jain is a non-executive independent Director of the Company since 1988. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Investors Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Jain has professional experience of nearly 33 years in the field of Audit, Finance, Company Law and Taxation. His professional knowledge and vast experience will be of immense benefit to the Company.
