Biography

Shyam is the Chairman of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited and Jubilant FoodWorks Limited. He is also Chairman and Managing Director of Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore (a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited).He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta University, and is a qualified cost and works accountant & a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).He serves on the Board of several Public, Private and Foreign companies like Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, India; CFCL Technologies Limited (Cayman Islands), USA and Safe Food Corporation, USA etc. He was also a Director on the Board of Air India.
