Leigh Hall

Biography

 Mr. Leigh L. Hall, AM, has been Director of Iron Road Ltd since October 31, 2012. He was Deputy Managing Director of AMP Asset Management Australia Limited. Mr. Hall is a Member of the Order of Australia. Mr. Hall is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His current positions include Director Funds SA; Director Enirgi Group Corp; Chairman of the Compliance Committee for Lazard Asset Management Pacific; and Member of the Policy and Compliance Committees for Gresham Private Equity Co-investment Fund. He was formerly the Chairman of the Corporations Law Simplification Consultative Group, a member of the Business Regulation Advisory Group, a member of the Corporations and Securities Advisory Committee, a member of the Financial Reporting Council, and was formerly a part-time member of the Australian Law Reform Commission and participated in the reviews of Superannuation and Managed Investments. Mr. Hall was also formerly Treasurer and Director of the Securities Institute of Australia and was President on two occasions, Treasurer and Chairman of the Asian Securities Analysts Federation, Co-Chairman of the International Council of Investment Associations. He was the founding Chairman of the Australian Investment Managers' Association.
