Dr. Chatterjee had completed Ph.D from Jadavpur University in 2005. He is specialized in Electrical Machines, Power Electronics& Electric Drives.

1. Speed Sensorless Control of Induction Motors 2. Speed sensorless control of Induction generators 3. Microgrid Cotntrol 4. Efficiency optimisation of electric drive system 5. Electric vehicular drive 6. Development of Solar/wind hybrid system and synchronisation to grid.
