Biography
After 10 years of UG experience, he joined the present institution in 2006 as a Lecturer with one year research experience gained at CMC Hospital, Vellore as his credit and later elevated as an Assistant Professor in 2011. He was a ‘Pharmabridge’ fellow of FIP and undergone training in ‘Pediatric Pharmacy Practice’ at CHEO, Ottawa, Canada in May 2011. His research interests in the areas of Clinical Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacometrics, and Pharmacogenetics enabled him to attend Summer School on Pharmacometrics of Uppsala University, Sweden with the international scholarship from M/s.Novartis. He has guided about 20 dissertations at PG level and 5 at UG level and guiding couple of Ph.D.s as a co-guide. His research projects have won meritorious awards for 8 times at state and national levels. He is the life member and officer bearer of IPA at both regional and national levels. He is serving as the IQAC coordinator contributing well for the various accreditation and certification processes.
