Biography
Dr.S.Jubie, Asst. Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty where she has been a faculty member since June 2007. Her research areas of interest are discovery of Lead molecules for cancer therapy and depression through in-silico drug design. In recent years she has actively involved in the chemical synthesis of novel bioactive molecules for cancer therapy. She is also an active member in Institutional Quality Assurance Cell. She was the best outgoing student during her M.Pharm (2000-2002).She has published 32 International papers, 8 national papers in indexed journals with a cumulative impact factor of 15 in the range of 0.4-4. She has also completed two research grants sponsored by DST, India as a co-investigator. She has attended 7 international, 19 national conferences as a delegate and resource person. She is also filed two Indian patients and her biography has been included in Famous India;Nation’s Who’s who.
