Biography
Finished PG with Pharm. Chem. from B.I.T., Mesra, Ranchi in 1988. Received his Ph. D from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R., Medical Univ., Chennai in Pharm. Sciences. He Joined as Lecturer in the JSSCP, Ooty and subsequently promoted as Asst. Prof. and Prof. Presently he is the HOD, Depart. Pharm. Chem. and Vice Principal since Dec’ 2103. He is life member of APTI and member of editorial team of various International Journals. Working as reviewer for various International Journals. He has participated in many conferences and seminars as PC member, invited speaker. His main research interests are development of antibacterial agents, molecular modeling, drug design, custom synthesis. Published more than 35 research paper in peer reviewed Journals. He is involved with sponsored projects of national funding agencies and the administrative work of college and in this capacity; he coordinated with Academic Council and various academic departments of Univ. and supervising academic programmes.
