Biography
Dr. R. Kalirajan is currently working as an Asst. professor in the Dept of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, JSSCP, Ooty since 2006 .He has about 17years of teaching experience. His research interest includes, CADD, Synthesis of novel Heterocyclics, Biological evaluation. He has guided 8 M.Pharm. students till date. He received AICTE-RPS Grant Rs.14 lakhs as Co-Investigator for his Ph.D work. He received workshop grant Rs.40000 from ICMR, Rs.50000 from CSIR and Rs.30000 from JSS University. He received seminar grant Rs.50000/from DST-SERB and Rs.75000 from JSS University. He received International travel grant of Rs. 48000 JSS University. He has published about 40 research papers in reputed journals with IF range 0.1–3.7.He also published 2 books by Lap Lambert publishing group, Germany. He was nominated as Board of studies member in Karpagam University, Coimbatore. He served as Editorial member and reviewer in many reputed journal. He has organized many QIPs, seminars, workshop etc.
