Biography
Mr. Rajiv Jajodia has more than two decades of experience in steel sector. Being a visionary, he has envisaged the growth trajectory of the Group and has been instrumental in the phenomenal growth and expansion of the Company. For any steel industry to survive and grow, the availability of raw materials at competitive costs is very crucial. Mr. Rajiv Jajodia supervises the Iron Ore and Coal linkages, and procurement of other raw materials. He also implemented logistic solutions by setting up Railway sidings and buying of rakes under Wagon Investment Scheme. He also supervises the sales and marketing function of the Group. It has been due to his dedicated effort that the Group turnover is around Rs 2000 crore plus. It is under his leadership, that TMT Bars, manufactured under licence from Henningsdorfer Stahl Engineering GMBH, Germany, for use of their Thermex technology, is sold under the brand name �Balaji Shakti� and has become a respected name in civil construction.
