Biography

Mr. Sanjiv Jajodia has more than two decades of experience in steel industry. He is functioning as Whole-time Director of Jai Balaji Industries Ltd. Mr. Sanjiv Jajodia has been instrumental in shaping the corporate profile of the Company and in establishing JBIL as a major corporate house in the steel sector.  He supervises and controls the overall administration of the Group which includes legal aspects, human resource, financial planning apart from contributing in other core areas of business activities. It has been under his able direction and control that today the Group has under its umbrella one of the most efficient manpower. Industrial relations have all along been cordial, as a result of which plant operations have exceeded the industry benchmarks. Safety and health have been given top priority and safety standards are strictly followed. It has been under his guidance that financial prudence has been maintained and the flagship Company has been able to distribute corporate benefits since the public issue in the form of dividends each year. Corporate governance has been implemented not only under the law but also in spirit in the Company. Shareholders� rights are duly taken care of and corporate information is adequately disseminated in the Annual Report, newspaper publications, intimations to stock exchanges, website, etc.
