Biography
M.Tech. (Food Technology) from Jain University in 2016 and B.Tech. in Biotechnology from PESIT Bengaluru in 2014.Her research interests are the development of innovative food processing concept, Dairy technology, food safety and quality control, development of novel healthy herbal drinks and their sensory evaluation and Enzyme fermentation. She has over 8 months of experience in MNC and research experience and published 3 research papers. During her M.Tech. She had worked on Enzymatic Dehusking of grains, where she found the total dehusking efficiency increased by 4-5% upon application of enzymes. Besides research, she is actively involved in the teaching of M. Tech. (Food Technology) courses.
