Biography
B. Tech (Dairy Technology) from S.M.C. College of Dairy Science, Anand, Gujarat in 2011. M. Tech. (Dairy Technology) from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana in 2013. Ph. D. (Dairy Technology) from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana in 2017.He has worked on ‘Utilization of lemongrass in yogurt and lassi’ during his master’s program. He has worked on ‘Characterization, Process Optimization and Shelf Life Evaluation of Thirattupal – A Heat Desiccated Dairy Product of Tamil Nadu’ during his research work in the Ph.D. program. His research interest in the development of dairy and food products with the aim of extension of its shelf life. He has published Several National and International papers in reputed journals and presented several papers at international and national conferences. Dr. Harinkumar is the recipient of ICAR-Institute Fellowship (2011-13) and UGC-RGN Fellowship (2014-2017).
