Biography
She obtained her M.Tech. in Food Technology degree from Centre for Emerging Technology, Jain University, and B.Sc. Honors in Microbiology and Microbial Technology degree in Allahabad Agriculture University in the year 2013. She has worked for six –month as a Research and Development at Kwality Food Private Limited in Bangalore. Her research interests are the development of innovative food processing concept, food safety and quality control, microbiology, development of healthy mix, badaam premium and their sensory evaluation and modeling studies on storage and packaging of food products. She has published three research papers.
