Biography
Sushsma Suri is Sr. Assistant Professor, psychology, JMI, New Delhi (India) had started her career in Social Psychology and awarded doctorate degree in 1991. She was honored with Witkin/Okonji (young scholar award) to attend XI IACCP, Liege, Belgium (1992). She had presented paper on Ethnic Identity in XXV ICP, Brussels (1992), 50th International Convention of Psychology, Amsterdam, Netherland (1992), XXX ICP, Cape Town, South Africa (2012). She had been awarded for her research work to participate in Advanced Research Training Seminar, University of Saarland, Germany (1994). She had presented 30 research papers in national and international conferences in India and also contributed two books and more than a dozen research paper. Sushma has successfully directed a Research Project sponsored by ICSSR, supervised 05 Ph.D and 30 PG students, chaired different scientific sessions and attended 16 workshop. Her area of interest is ethnic identity and Teenagers health and behavior problems.
