Kanishka Biswas has been working as Assistant Professor & DST Ramanujan Fellow New Chemistry Unit, JNCASR, Bangalore, India since May, 2012.
Research Interest
Kanishka Biswas research interest include Solid State Inorganic Chemistry of Metal Chalcogenides/Chalco-Halides, Thermoelectric Materials- Waste Heat to Electrical Energy, Inorganic Nanomaterials (for renewable energy and sustainability), Topological Insulators and Dirac Semimetal, Synthesis of New Inorganic Solids and Structure Property Relationship, Synchrotron X-ray Based Techniques- Diffraction, SAXS and EXAFS, Removal of heavy metals and Radionuclides.
