Satish Chandra Garkoti has 20 years of Research experience and 11 years of Teaching experience. He is currently working in School of Environmental Sciences of Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Satish Chandra Garkoti research interest include Plant Ecology, Forest Structure, Community Regeneration, Carbon Sequestration, Tree Water Relations.
