Nemade has, working as Manager at  Jaya Hind Industries Ltd.(Foundry Expansion Project)He has his expertise on various innovative Chemical technologies, Nemade main research work focuses on time and cost reduction on Chemical  technologies and evaluation process for improving healthcare. Ayami has built this research after years of experience in research, evaluation and industry.
