Biography
He has received his B.Tech degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur in 2009 and M Tech from Indian Institute of Technology BHU Varanasi in 2014. His M.Tech thesis included modelling and simulation SOI MOSFET. Also high-dielectric constant material and their use in MOSFETs and SOI MOSFET. Currently, He is working as an Assistant professor (Grade-I) in Jaypee University, Anoopshahr since august 2016 in Electronics and Communication Engineering department.
Research Interest
VLSI Technology, Solid State Devices, IC Technology, Hybrid IC Technology, Network Theory, Control Systems.
