Biography
Prof. Anuj Kumar received his Ph.D. Degree from Lucknow University, Lucknow in the area of normal modes and spectroscopic studies of polymers. Presently, he working as Professor and Head of Department of Physics with Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, Guna (MP). He has around Seventeen years of research and teaching experience at various Institutions. Two students have got Ph.D under his supervision and few others are working for their doctorate. He is the member of many scientific and educational societies like Indian Science Congress Association, Material Research Society of India etc. and Editor/referee for some of the reputed Journals. He has handsome number of research publications to his credit in reputed journals. He has attended numerous national/international conferences in various capacities like paper presenter, invited speaker, session chair etc. His present research interest includes Ab-initio investigations on molecular systems and nano-particle synthesis & applications.
Research Interest
Computational studies on Structure, vibrational spectra and properties of applicable molecules having potential medicational, electronic, conducting and biodegradable applications using Ab initio methods specially Density Functional theory (DFT), Synthesis and Characterization of nanoparticles, molecules using DFT calculations. Synthesis and Characterization of nanomaterials.
