She has done B.E. from Nagpur University and M.Tech. from RGPV university. MBA from Indira Gandhi Open University, Delhi (IGNOU), while doing the job in Jaypee Rewa Cement Plant for six years. She has teaching and industrial experience of fifteen years. Has attended International Conference, workshop and faculty development programs. Has published books and papers.
