Ms. Tamanna Agarwal

Biography

Mrs. Tamanna Agarwal did her Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management (Major) and Marketing (Minor) from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior in the year 2011 and B.E. in Electronics & Communication from R.G.P.V., Bhopal in the year 2009. She has done her Research project during MBA in the area of Human Resource Management entitled “Talent Management and Employee Retention as Correlate of Organizational Performance”. She has also given her contribution in the review paper relating to “Referral Marketing-survey of Banking Services.” Tamanna is equipped with an experience of working in J.K. Tyres & Industries Ltd. in HRD department. Now, she is associated with our university since 2011. She has been teaching courses like communication skills, project management, human psychology, human resource management and group and cooperative process. She is also actively involved in various student activities in the campus.
